Firewall

When checking on firewall status and clicking on "Use Recommended Settings" button, only this shows up:

"Windows Firewall can't change some of your settings. Error Code 0x800706d9."

Typical MS useless information as it provides NOTHING by way of information what to do to correct the situation.

Does SpyBot install a firewall that supercedes/negates/replaces Windows'?

Any assistance about resolving this?

Nope,Spybot doesn't install a firewall. :)
