I have a balloon in my task bar that says I have a critical system error and directs me to Virus burst, this seems like a common problem so I read a few threads and they didn't make much sence to me.
Following instructions I found in a previous thread I ran I smitfraudfix search and this is the rapport file log.

I don't know what I'm supposed to do with this info as I have ran Spybot S&D, windows defender beta and Avg free edition and none seem to help.

I have run ad-adware and removed various entries, my spybot S&D finds nothing every time (and yes the definitions are up to date).
Still got this flashing icon.

I still have no idea what to do, although I have found a program on my computer called "Safety Alerter 2006" and I don't think I installed it. Everytime I try to uninstall it, it says "computer must be rebooted before uninstalling" and gives me a yes or no option, is this something to do with it?

You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing. They conflict with each other and you will be less safe than if you ran one good program and maintained it properly. Uninstall one, update the one you keep and run a complete system scan, post for me any item that can't be removed, the complete name and pathway.
2) We need to disable your Windows Defender Real-time Protection as it may interfere with the fixes that we need to make.
Open Windows Defender, Click on Tools, General Settings.
Scroll down and uncheck Turn on real-time protection (recommended).
After you uncheck this, click on the Save button and close Windows Defender.
After all of the fixes are complete it is very important that you enable Real-time Protection again.
3) Follow the directions in this link: http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=4015
You have already established the fact that you have the infection, so follow the balance of the instructions to remove it.
When you finish the instructions, post the three logs in this same topic using the "Post Reply" button.
Spybot-S&D: Be sure to follow the directions to save the scan report but do not post it here unless requested by a helper.
I would like to know if you own SpySweeper or if it is a trial version.

I got my cousin to have a look at it (he works for a computer company,) and he seems to have fixed the problem for now and explained about only having one antivirus program installed.
The spysweeper is a trial version and therefore only tells me of problems but doesn't help repair them.
Thankyou for offering your help anyway and I'm sorry to have wasted your time by forgeting to retract this thread.

OK Dave, thanks for letting us know. I will be glad to look at a HJT log and advise you if you wish, this is your call. I suggest you uninstall SpySweeper if the trial is over, because of the resources it uses running all of the time.
