for the past few days I have been receiving annoying ads. Couponpeak. how do you remove? I have gone into programs and looked to see if anything recent has been installed. I have run every aspect of Spybot and it's still here. I have a firewall, and have run McAfee as well.
what else can I do?

In case you missed it please see the FAQ which also includes guidelines for this forum and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR, which are the logs used in the preliminary analysis.

Then start a new topic providing the logs as shown in that sticky and a volunteer analyst will advise when available. :)
