Spybot 2.4 on Win 7 does not fix problems found

Running Spybot 2.4 on a 64-bit Win 7 machine but it does not clean problems found. Looks like it does, Spybot does not report any errors but after it has appeared to fix these issues, run Spybot again and exact same problems are found so it is not actually deleting any of these files despite appearing to do so.

Have tried running in both Safe Mode and Safe Mode with Networking but both fail to fix problems found. Reverting to Spybot 1.6.2 seems to work fine.

Does Spybot 2.4 simply no-longer work with Win 7 or is there some fix for this?

Did you elevate permissions in Spybot? :)
