Spybot keeps ''spamming'' me

Hey there,

I installed spybot search and destroy 2.5.43 on a windows 10 desktop.
i uninstalled it from within windows configscreen/remove software.
I get the uninstaller window and click to uninstal. It prompts uninstall succesfull reboot your computer to take full effect, so i did.
Now my problem is: Every time i reboot my pc or boot it from a shutdown state i get a pop-up which asks me to install spybot S&D since by upgrading to windows 10 it was deleted???

I would appreciate it if someone knows a fix.

Things i already tried are:

Cleared every reg entry
Used iobit uninstaller
Cleared Temp
Reinstalling search and destroy and deleting it again

Delete the file "Post Windows 10 Spybot-install" from your desktop to fix this issue.

Where do i locate this if its not on my desktop? i also cant find the file using the magnifier.

If you cannot find the file on your desktop, it may have already been deleted. It is built to erase itself after 5 reboots.

If you are still getting the popup, you should also delete the folder:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\AV\Spybot - Search and Destroy
