Pop-ups.

[biscuitless]

i have been getting a lot of pop-ups lately. it is of win anti virus. i have read and i think it is the vundo trojan. i ran vundo fix and it didnt find anything. here is my hjt log. thanks for the help.

Welcome to the forum, I will point out that the volunteers have more than they can do and that the wait is exceeding five days at many forums, and that is IF you get a reply. tashi has kindly set up this link to keep you from (hopefully) exceeding four days:

My observations of the first log indicate you had a Look2me infection but that appears to be gone in the second log. You still have junk that needs to go so if you still want help, follow these directions.

C:\Program Files\CMFibula\CMFibula.exe <<< little information about this one, if you know it is good don't remove it. You can scan it here:

How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

C:\PROGRAM FILES~1\COMMON~1\ukom\ <<< delete that folder

C:\Program Files\CMFibula\ <<< delete that folder

C:\WINDOWS\system32\dwdsregt.exe <<< delete that file
Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post a new HJT log. Let me know how the computer is running now.
