Root Scan Completed - Are These OK?

My machine is very slow. I ran a root scan. I wonder if the .tmp files are a problem. I also wonder about the items in the recycle bin

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Aside from Norton and Spybot do you have any other security programs installed.
