Ads by Crush Arcade

I am new here and lost at the moment. I have tried searching and reading but found nothing. If I am in the wrong place please forgive me and advise as to where I should be. I am having issues with a pop up advertising that says below it "Ads by Crush Arcade". I was running McAfee when I got it and they won't help me. I had some other things also so I switched to AVG and the other stuff disappeared but this lingers. I also have redirects most of the time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
