I think these are probably okay but I'd like an expert opinion. The first three to me seem obviously safe, but I could be mistaken. The first is a jpg, the second and third appear to be some kind of quarantine and temp directories created by NIS. The last two are registry keys and I can't even make a guess as to whether or not they're a problem.

Is the .jpg familiar? The results appear to show normal files.
