Registry:

You can use regedit.exe (included in Windows) to locate and delete these registry entries.

Delete the registry key "{19D92F9A-7D2B-49DE-AE06-56E48131FE39}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\".
Delete the registry key "{eeaa6cad-3d10-46b6-b1f0-ddeddc19f422}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\".
Delete the registry key "{eeaa6cad-3d10-46b6-b1f0-ddeddc19f422}" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\".
Delete the registry key "{F3E01BF6-500A-43CF-840C-1FA620FBC0DA}" at "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\".
Delete the registry key "Chrome" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Zippy Zarp\".
Delete the registry key "Firefox" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Zippy Zarp\".
Delete the registry key "Internet Explorer" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Zippy Zarp\".
Delete the registry key "Update ZippyZarp" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\".
Delete the registry key "Update ZippyZarp" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Services\".
Delete the registry key "Update ZippyZarp" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Services\".
Delete the registry key "Zippy Zarp" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\".
Delete the registry key "Zippy Zarp" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall".
Delete the registry key "Zippy Zarp" at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\".
Delete the registry value "id" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Zippy Zarp\".
Delete the registry value "iid" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Zippy Zarp\".
Delete the registry value "is" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Zippy Zarp\".
Delete the registry value "ug" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Zippy Zarp\Firefox\".
Delete the registry value "ug" at "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Zippy Zarp\Internet Explorer\".
