Spybot is saying that an error occurred during antispyware updates

I've tried to update a second time (just in case it wanted to solve itself) and it says the same thing. Please could someone help? And also - I'm not very good at troubleshooting and I'm a bit nervous with it, so if the helpful person could do something more along the lines of a step-by-step-for-idiots than a guide-for-computer-gurus, that would be great... :)

I'm running Windows Vista.
