Hello,
If Spybot - Search & Destroy detected win32.downloader.gen and could not remove it.
Before starting a topic in the Malware Removal Forum for this particular issue please run Spybot-S&D as Administrator if you haven't already and see if that resolves the problem. It often does. ?????
