Hi,
2 licenses were bought, one for an Asus i5 desktop running Windows 7 and one for an Gateway i5 desktop running Windows 10.
2 years ago installed Spybot on the Asus computer just to find out that Explorer was crashing every time the Explorer's context menu was used. Removed Spybot, it solved the problem. Bought a commercial solution and never bother again to find a solution.
Just before Christmas I had to do a Windows 10 clean install on a 14 months old Gateway desktop. My friend insisted for buying a Spybot license. I had completely forgot about my bad experience. Guest what?
EXACTLY the same problem! As soon as Spybot is installed, and that you try to open Explorer' contextual menu, Explorer crash, again and again and again...
Don't tell me that in the past 2 years plus that nobody had that problem? And that this bug could not be solved...
