Spybot issue blocking steam game (BeamNG.drive)

This is the event viewer error as I cant play one of my steam games. The issue started after a recent update to the game. Why is spybot blocking me?

I've uninstalled spybot and reinstalled. I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled. I'm not getting rid of spybot as I paid for the home edition. I want spybot to help me fix the issue. Thanks
