Hi Spybot Anti Beacon Staff,

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Everything was going fine until I installed Comodo and Spybot Anti Beacon. I really don't want Microsoft rummaging through my data for advertisers. I can't begin to thank you enough for your product!!! I now constantly get Eureka 7.2 crash report every 2 seconds. Emsisoft no longer scans automatically after start up like it used to. That's my scheduled scan. Please help. I really appreciate your help.

Thank you for what you do.

Best Regards,
Nathaniel Evans

Hello nevans07, :welcome:

garioch7 asked (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/608340/windows-10-upgrade-eureka-72-crash-report-was-told-to-repost/), "What security application(s) are you running now?"

The answer would be good to know. :)

Best regards.

Hi Tashi!

I'm running Emsisoft as my AV. Hitman Pro and Malwarebytes are my back up scanners. WinAnti Ransom is my ransom ware protection and Comodo is my firewall. Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my question!! I noticed in the perfmon report it noted that I have multiple hosts. I assume that's from Anti Beacon changing the hosts settings from Windows 10 privacy sharing spyware.

Thanks again.

I'm sorry Tashi. I meant FRST log Addition txt. Multiple hosts content changed to 0000000.

Hello nevans07,

Please response to the person (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/608340/windows-10-upgrade-eureka-72-crash-report-was-told-to-repost/#entry3966452)who was assisting so they can finish up, thank you. :)

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Everything was going fine until I installed Comodo and Spybot Anti Beacon.

Perhaps you could try uninstalling any program that might be involved, see if the problem resolves and go from there.

Best regards.

Dear Tashi,

Phil who you're referring to told me to post here. I mean no disrespect. I just want help. I will repost the answer. Apologies. ~ I should have been more clear. I thought I was referred here bc I had already uninstalled and responded to the instructors prior to the one you saw.

Regards,
Nathaniel Evans

Hello nevans07,

Understood, the reason I asked you to post back to Phil was because he'd asked a question. :)

I see (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/608340/windows-10-upgrade-eureka-72-crash-report-was-told-to-repost/#entry3968332) that uninstalling Comodo resolved the Eureka Crash Reports.so apparently the issue wasn't with Spybot Anti Beacon. Good to know.:bigthumb:

Safe surfing. :kboard:
