viruses found, frozen page : and now ?

Hi,
This is my first system analyse with Spybot + AV.
Duration : 03:34:01

Malwares founded and these viruses:

Trojan.HTML.Phishing.Paypal.M
Gen:Variant.Symmi.35819


When I selected "correct the selection", the page didn't answer (frozen). After a few minutes (long moment), it seems to be corrected (all appears in green .
But I wonder whether all was correct. How to know if the viruses are really "dead" ?

A few years ago, trojans were detected for the same files. And put in quarantaine with Avira. Since this time, no more detection about viruses in these files..

So, it is curious. Do you think it exists a re-activaction of the virus ?
Do you think there is another manipulation to do ?

Also, do the files you quarantined in Avira remain in a folder on the computer? :)

In Avira, I can see that 121 are in the quarantine !

I can see that for a Zylom Game "Hollywood - The Director's Cut Deluxe",
Avira has detected GAME/Zylom.Gen5 for three files .exe and .ink
Spybot has detected Gen:Variant.Symmi.35819 for a file .dll

So I was wrong : the files are different.


I think it's the same thing with the other virus..
