System Scan is hanging on Zlob.ZipCodec. ... Had this same problem about a month or two ago, but it went away. Now it's back. In addition to Malware Protection, I also have Virus Protection, and because the scan hangs like it does, it of course does not scan for viruses upon completion of the Malware Scan.
I see that there have been numerous prior complaints about this this problem, and one wonders why the problem persists where it seemed to have been resolved prior to this most recent (i.e., current and persistent) recurrence.
