I'm also getting this message when I try to open Immunization. I also noticed that the update seemed to be a bit funky and ran slow. Any ideas?

This happened to me directly after I upgraded to the current version of Avast (2016.11.2.2262). As I had also updated Spybot, I made sure on my second computer by upgrading Spybot first and doing an immunization. This worked fine, so I proceeded to upgrade the Avast program. When I tried immunization after that, it gave back the no-entry-point message. So I'm pretty sure the problem is caused directly by Avast. Does anyone have a solution to offer?
Well, I've just arrived here as I'm suffering the same problem - although I have never used Avast.
I am, however, using Opera browser + dear old Vista OS.
I get this when I try to launch SPYBOT Immunization.

Doesn't look like any working solutions have been identified for this issue.
Hello Pete~W,
The "Entry point not found in dynamic link library" issue is commonly reported by users of various software.
For example: https://www.computing.net/answers/wi...ge/203394.html (https://www.computing.net/answers/windows-xp/why-i-get-this-procedure-entry-point-error-message/203394.html)
The image you provided is a little fuzzy on my screen but I believe I saw snlBase150.bpl in the error text.
If that file is missing it can be downloaded here: https://www.safer-networking.org/support/missing-files/
(https://www.computing.net/answers/windows-xp/why-i-get-this-procedure-entry-point-error-message/203394.html)
I am, however, using Opera browser + dear old Vista OS.
FYI: Mainstream Support for Opera Windows Vista ended April 10, 2012 and extended support will end (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13853/windows-lifecycle-fact-sheet)April 11, 2017.
What does it mean if Windows isn't supported? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10736/windows-what-does-mean-if-windows-not-supported
Best regards. :)

No tashi. Mainstream support for Windows Vista ended on April 10, 2012 and its extended support phase will cease on Tuesday April 11, 2017. Also, Opera web browsers since version 37 have already dropped XP/Vista support (http://www.opera.com/blogs/desktop/2016/02/initial-opera-developer-37-release/) in early 2016.

Thank you for the correction, my eyes saw Vista and I typed Opera. :red:
