... including download, it keeps downloading the free version.

Yes, but it still downloads the free version (after it first uninstalls the previous free version) I went through this fiasco several times yesterday.

Also: Yes, it downloads the .exe for the correct version, but now I can't even open that file. WTF kind of scam are you clowns pulling here?

Seeing as your website won't actually allow me to send a EDIT email or even tell me what your email address even is, how about posting the EDIT email address in this thread?

I managed to get to the bottom of the problem..... Your software recognized itself as a threat & blocked itself. How the hell is that even possible?

The free version blocked the bought version, then deleted itself, then reinstalled itself... then it blocked the bought version again, deleted itself, reinstalled itself.. & it did that NINE times.

Having got that issue sorted, the paid version did a complete scan... found 29 threats & was unable to do anything about a single one of them...

Great, so your software recognizes threats.... & does nothing about them....

So basically I'm now no better off than when I first started...
