All my Browsing History and Bookmarks are gone. How do I undo what Spybot did.

Hi, I have recently installed Spybot.

I ran One scan. and now All my history and Bookmarks for both Chrome and Firefox are gone.

How do I undo Everything this program did to my computer. I want to revert it all back.

I am on Windows 7 X86 running the latest Spybot version. I restored from Quarantine but nothing changed. What do I do next?

Where do I find the Recovery Zip file?

I keep reading that the password is Recovery but I can't find the file.

System Restore is a Windows process. I forget how to access it in Windows 7 (is has been so long) but it should be somewhere around Control Panel/System/Create a Restore Point/

There you will find System Properties and a "System Restore" button.

Or simply make a Google/Bing search on "System Restore" and follow the instructions found in what will most likely be a gagillion entries.
