downloadpros.net spybot

I bought spybot-search & destroy software license for three years from www.downloadpros.net. I paid $65:00 for three years.
I downloaded software and installed it on 12Jul2016. But still it displays it as trial version.
I reported this to downloadpros.net three times. But there is no reply.
Let me know if I need a key to stop this display as still trial version.
