After I do a Spybot scan, the MRUs disappear from RUN dialogue box. I saw a number of references to 'recent files' in the tickable options. WHICH one of those (or other option) should I untick to preserve the memory of MRUs in the RUN dialogue box ?
You should be able to untick Windows Explorer:Run history to get Spybot to stop removing that. You can see that in this image here(second item listed under Windows Explorer in the scan):

That did the trick - thank you - it took me a while before I had time to test it.
I can not find the tool to mark this as 'SOLVED'.
