My computer has been crashing alot lately and has been restarting without me even doing anything. I think this is why it might be doing this?

Hey Tim, welcome to the forum. I hate to dissapoint you, but if you are talking about command.exe being located by Spybot, that is a leftover registry entry caused by a poor removal by another program (perhaps Ad-aware) and I do not see anything else in the log. Let me know if it is Spybot, we have a script to remove the problem.
It sure sounds to me like some kind of hardware issue.

You are running HJT.exe from a .zip file in a Temporary Directory. This is unsafe as we will have no backups. That is why you received this message when you used HJT: http://russelltexas.com/malware/images/unsafefolder.gif
Please use the information in the following link to place HJT in a permanent, safe folder, I prefer C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe. If you need additional instructions use these: http://russelltexas.com/malware/createhjtfolder.htm

Ok, I made the empty folder HJT. And I downloaded the latest version of Java. I think I had it before but I got rid of it when I said I had a virus Jave_ByteVerify.

Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune

Save it to your Desktop. Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

That will clean the Java cache also.

And usually when my computer restarts is when I'm playing Runescape.

For the command.exe issue:
Download and unzip Ren-cmdservice to your Desktop.
It will only work correctly if the folder is placed on your Desktop and extracted !!.

Open the ren-cmdservice folder by doubleclicking it and then doubleclick the
ren-cmdservice.bat file to run the program.
A text will open when it is finished, Post it please.
Then restart the PC run spybot check for and fix any problems found.
