Does this mean I have a trojan? Also, just as a side note, I downloaded spybot here https://gyazo.com/14e4295aaecd85e02426f10b9c52b516, uninstalled it because I've had this product before and it didn't have any of the features I remembered (I've got the correct one now), and I read online there are some fake versions, so this may be my problem (or it could be nothing)

Please provide more details to clarify the following, thank you. :)
1) You downloaded Spybot from a site that states its software as "The easy way to save screenshots, GIFs, and websites." ?
I do not see a download for Spybot there.
2) Are you saying the Spybot you downloaded from that site could have been fake or the gyazo software?
3) RE: Trojan, are you listing the website as a concern or is a security program flagging the links you provided?
4) What is your operating system
5) Which version and edition of Spybot do you have: https://www.safer-networking.org/
6) Please list all security programs installed.
