Microsoft Windows Security Centre Disabled

The thread title is the name of the virus that comes up when I run Spybot. It says that it fixes the problem, but it's then there the next time I run Spybot.

I'm not sure whether it's an associated problem, but my internet is running very slowly and it appears to be haphazardly loading pages. It took nearly 10 minutes before finally loading up this forum.

Any help appreciated.

Welcome to the forum, what version of Spybot are you running? Make sure you are running v1.4:
