System Scan Problem

Hi there

I bought Spybot today and everytime i run a scan it gets to 100% and it stops and doesn't complete. The Scan Reaches 100% within 20 minutes and has sat at 100% for over an hour. I've attached a picture to help explain my problem. I've given the program admin rights multiple times and when the scan box first opens it says as such but after about 60 seconds of scanning it is removed from the tab on the top of the screen.
I have spybot 2.4 + av and Windows 10 is my OS currently.

Spybot’s system scan freezes at Zlob.ZipCodec
This problem was caused by a minor issue in the Spybot program. We are now providing a small installer that will correct this issue on your PC.

Symptoms:


The scan proceeds as normal, but will stop progressing at Zlob.ZipCodec and won’t appear to finish.
The “Settings” button in the Start Center is unresponsive when clicked.

Fix/Solution:


If you are experiencing this issue, simply download and run this small installer (https://www.safer-networking.org/files/spybotsd2-install-iefreezefix.exe). This installer replaces a file that was identified to cause the issue.

When I start scanning the system and it comes to 100 percent, registering no details, but it starts and then tells the software that the time left to complete, is over 19,000 minutes.

Status: Scan paused.
Product: EasyOn downloaded files...
Estimated time left: 19240 minutes...

After I pressed break and then stopped scanning, continued spybot working time to left only increase over time.

And the text of the scan is progressing only and flashes.

What is the problem..
