No antivirus updates

I've tried to update AntiVirus files for a few days now, each time AntiVirus update fails.
(AntiSpyWare updates complete just fine.)

Running on Win10 ver 1607 (OS Build 14393.351)
Running SpyBot with Administrator rights.

This has been an ongoing problem for me since I got the latest program. I am running on xp home

Error for antispyware update

I have went through the process of trying to update twice as recommended by the spybot people. I reallly would love for the program to work right for me. I have had such good luck in the past.

I thought I figured out a solution which seemed to be tied to an error message I was receiving at shutdown.

Followed through with this solution and it fixed the error message, but not the original problem I thought it was tied to. I still have a suspicion it could be related.
