I constantly get


[02:33.305] [+] Installing antivirus signature updates...
[02:33.789] [-] Failed to install Spybot 2 antivirus signatures!
[02:34.451] [-] Failed to install Spybot 2 antivirus signatures (e

During updates. I uninstalled and reinstalled SB2.4. No fix. What am I missing here?

Sorry to hear of the problem, could you provide more information please.

The operating system and if this is a new installation of Spybot or not.

Win 10 Home - Ver. 1607 - Build 14393.447

The problem originated with an otherwise updated SB 2.4, and again after it was uninstalled and re-installed. Using the original installation, I tried attempting updates over several days. There was no change to the problem. Deleting and re-installing SB 2.4 didn't change the problem, either. In short, a hard fail, as shown in OP, on AV updates.

No luck. I don't use a proxy server, so there's nothing to be gained with that. This a classic case of "it used to work, now it doesn't". Run Admin didn't help, either.
