Spybot’s system scan freezes at Zlob.ZipCodec
This problem was caused by a minor issue in the Spybot program. We are now providing a small installer that will correct this issue on your PC.
Symptoms:
The scan proceeds as normal, but will stop progressing at Zlob.ZipCodec and won’t appear to finish.
The “Settings” button in the Start Center is unresponsive when clicked.
Fix/Solution:
If you are experiencing this issue, simply download and run this small installer (https://www.safer-networking.org/files/spybotsd2-install-iefreezefix.exe). This installer replaces a file that was identified to cause the issue.

"Please clarify, "but at the middle it stopping working." The download or..." When it was scanning, the scan (spybotsd2-install-iefreezefix) automatically stop in the middle instead of going through the entire scanning process.
I am using Spybot Search and destroy 2.4
I am using Windows 10

After installing the "fix" did you close Spybot and re-open it before starting a scan?
Also which edition do you have please: https://www.safer-networking.org/private/ :)
One with or without the AV (anti virus).
