when I try to update my home version

Is this the first time you received that error?
Home Edition allows you to automate scanning, fixing, immunization and updating, is this when the issue occurred.
Also what is the operating system please. :)

Hi,
my operating is Windows 8.2
yes it's the first time that I have this problem.
the update is automatic but never stop.
1 hour later it's always searching
