I have been using Spybot Pro for many years. I run Immunisation several times a week. In the last couple of weeks, after Immunisation completes, the report always says 193 entries remain unprotected. What does this signify? How can I fix this?

I'm not sure why this issue suddenly started for you, running Spybot 2 with anti-virus?

Did you remember to elevate Spybot's permissions?

Yes I am running Spybot Pro+AV and it always requires me to elevate to administrator before I can go in to update, which I do every time before I scan.
The unprotected entries vary between 193 and 237. Those two figures are the only ones I see, and I always re-apply Immunisation but get the same result.
My hard drive is less than 30% full, and I have Malwarebytes and Hitman installed as well as Spybot Pro+AV.

Incomplete immunization: Items are still unprotected

"To ensure that Immunization is applied correctly, please disable all other security programs that you run and close all browsers and any other programs during the work with Spybot – Search & Destroy."
