Please Help Remove Targetsaver!

Hi There, I have downloaded spybot but it doesn't take targetsaver off. I have also run spysweeper and norton anti virus but with no luck. I did download the log file on hijack this. If you could help me I would really appreciate it, thank you so much!

Welcome to the forum. From the looks of the log it is fairly apparant that you did not read the sticky topics that are pinned to the top for your benefit, expecially this one:

Please complete those instructions, you are running HJT.exe from a .zip file in a Temporary Directory. This is unsafe as we will have no backups. That is why you received this message when you used HJT: http://russelltexas.com/malware/images/unsafefolder.gif
Please use the information in the following link to place HJT in a permanent, safe folder, I prefer C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe. If you need additional instructions use these: http://russelltexas.com/malware/createhjtfolder.htm You have also cut off the header (first four lines) and I need a complete HJT log posted.
