Hi,
I'm hoping someone can please help with this. I get "page cannot be displayed" message most of the time when trying to access websites. Virus Scans have turned up clear. However (updated versions of) spybot and ad aware are detecting altnet and newdotnet but neither are able to remove these. I have seen solutions on google to manually edit the registry but as i'm not very confident with computers i'm not sure whether i should try this. Please see my log below.

Hit fix checked and close Hijackthis.
Restart the PC

UNINSTALL all but one of those antivirus programs, I suggest you keep Nod32
and can Norton and avg, also uninstall Microsoft AntiSpyware, and later get the new version, windows defender.

Restart your PC again before continuing >
