I've used Spybot about three times today, shut off XP restore and run Grisoft three times. Still, I'm getting this garbage. Can anyone help me remove it? My computer is going crazy and I don't want to send any emails. Thanks, Susan

Welcome to the forum, Seems obvious to me that you did not read the Pinned (sticky) information that is posted at the top for your benefit or I would see more information than I do, so let's start like this if you want help.
