disable live protection

How do I open the Live Protection settings?

Following what's described on this page https://www.safer-networking.org/faq/how-do-i-disable-live-protection/ doesn't work.
All that happens when I click on "Internet Protection: full" is the "Immunization" window opens.

How do I open the Live Protection settings?
The Live Protection feature is currently only available in licensed editions of Spybot.
