okay not sure if this is the right part of the forum to put this but i have my hijack this and spybot search and destroy log if i am to put it here?
also this site http://virusscan.jotti.org/

I believe those files CmdLineExt03.dll, etc are part of a copy protection scheme's, probaly for a gameing software.

windows defender lists it as a risk,yet nothing else does.

Must be a new addition they have added to there detections, i assume once Microsoft finds out how common it is they will remove it.

That dll is present on my PC, the only game ever installed here is from Microsoft.

That dll is present on my PC, the only game ever installed here is from Microsoft.

i was able to delete the file, i used a few sites recommended on here to have the file scanned and checked and only a few sites came back with a alert
it also came back when i played diablo 2.
i have steam,chronicles of riddick, umm some other pc games installed.

no i just hope this file is truely a copy protect thing for games and not something hidden
