Hello,
I just downloaded Spybot Search and Destroy and after updating the file definitions some executables (under the "essential" category) appear as unsigned by Safer-Networking.
Is this normal and is it safe to scan my computer using these unsigned executables?
If not, how do I fix it?
I am updating a screenshot for reference.
Thanks in advance.

I looked and I also have the same, so at least there is confirmation that it isn't just you that has the unsigned signatures. In addition, I see this in my Update logfile after updating today:

SDUpdate.exe [2017-05-29 20:10:06] spybotsd2-install-bdupd-2017a.exe has no (or an unreadable) signature.
SDUpdate.exe [2017-05-29 20:10:06] spybotsd2-install-iefreezefix.exe has no (or an unreadable) signature.
SDUpdate.exe [2017-05-29 20:10:06] spybotsd2-install-wsc-update-a.exe has no (or an unreadable) signature.
SDUpdate.exe [2017-05-29 20:10:07] spybotsd2-updater-update.exe has no (or an unreadable) signature.
SDUpdate.exe [2017-05-29 20:10:07] spybotsd2-windows-upgrade-installer.exe has no (or an unreadable) signature.
SDUpdate.exe [2017-05-29 20:10:07] Tools.dll has no (or an unreadable) signature.
That's just a snippet, there are more. I believe it's possible that the no (or unreadable) signature(s) might be related to the issues with the digital signatures:

There is a link there to contact Team Spybot. You could click that and contact them for confirmation that it is due to the digital signatures if you like. They could tell you more. I'll put the link to support below this. :)
