After running SpyBot I get one problem showing. It is headed "Windos.Explorer" and when expanding it shows the following: HKey_Users-1-5-21-220523388-1958367476-839522115-1004\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\NoLogOff!=w=0

Can someone help and advise please? The heading was in red and I wish to know whether it is safe to allow it to be fixed. I do not want to fix it and cause problems with Windows as it is Windows Explorer.

Thank you for your response. Have read the other threads and it would appear that I should possibly tell Spybot to ignore in future. I will keep an eye on these threads though.
