Specifically, the AllowTelemetry (under Group Telemetry settings) which if protected/immunized must be changed from '0' zero to '3' or you will not receive Windows Insider builds. All else appears compatible (as in nothing else had to be re-enabled).
You'll have to edit the above in regedit. If you open Spybot, click options, and it will provide the complete path.
