I just noticed it is scanning IE and FF but I also use Chrome and it is not scanning it or Comodo Dragon? How do I set it to scan all browsers opened and used?
Thanks

I was looking in Spybot and around the forums and it looks to me like Google Chrome might be scanned, but I'm unsure about Comodo Dragon since I don't have it.
If you open Spybot Start Center, checkmark Advanced Mode, click Settings, then select the Browsers tab. At the top it says Spybot will scan various browsers for bad entries in cookies, bookmarks, history, and cache. The browsers should all be checkmarked by default to be scanned. The purpose of this tab is to be able to uncheck a browser if you want it to be skipped during scanning, but I would assume that as long as any browser is listed there it is scanned, so for your purposes you could look to see if Comodo Dragon is listed there.
I do see Google Chrome listed there, so I think that Spybot probably scans cookies, bookmarks, history, and cache in Chrome. I also found a post by drghughes saying that Spybot appears to scan their default Chrome profile.

I also see Google Chrome listed under supported browsers, as well. I do not see Comodo Dragon on the page, though:
