Scan gets stuck

Hello -
Brand new member here.
I have installed the fix - spybotd2-install-iefreezefix but where is it? It doesn't offer to run for me.
Also, "iefreezefix" - is that an indication it's for internet explorer? I'm on Chrome.

Which edition (https://www.safer-networking.org/private/)of Spybot do you have and where is the scan freezing?

Also, what is the operating system please.
