Another PC detected by Spybot after reboot

Just now I done the reboot to finish the installation and the system kak on me as it says I detect 2 PC's when I promise is only my old laptop, I always though something big is happening in the background and spybot confirm it.
Someone manage to put a worm, Trojan horse, a some kind of spyware so good as look like to others operators like I have a user link to my computer. So this guy knows everything that is in my laptop, ideas, inventions,etc. I'm not Nostradamus to write in quatrains that only a few knows how to read it; Please how can I kick this spy dude out of my laptop? And again Thank you to the people that design spy boot just from the start impressive how it detect a ghost Pc in my laptop.

Please see the Malware Removal Forum (http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=22) sticky which includes guidelines and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR, which are the logs used in the preliminary analysis.

Then start a new topic in that forum providing the logs so a volunteer analyst can assist.

Every time I open Spybot it detects 2 Pc's . I knew something was in the background.
Is there something Spybot can do?

First for a few month I could not play anything in my laptop (DVD’s CD’) now the sound is gone too, I click on the volume indicator and appear a square that say Detecting Problems;
I have a recovery date for last year where everything was working properly is in my external hard drive so no viruses could get into it; Spy Bot will be gone from the lap top how can I load it again?
