My spybot.exe is deleted immediately after install! And problems with IEXPLORE.EXE.

Can anyone help me out? It all started when I noticed while I played Diablo 2 that the game would minimize every few seconds without warning, so I stopped and watched my cursor go hourglass every few seconds, and checked the running processes, to see IEXPLORE.EXE popping on and off on me. I tried to run Spybot, but then I found the exe was missing! And then I tried to install it, and watched the files and the exe just dissapear within seconds! My only suspect is Windows Defender at the moment, but I have found no proof, and Spybot doesnt seem to be a blocked process on it. I also noticed in an older related topic that Windows Firewall gets disabled on startup, which is the same as what happens on mine!

I think I have a serious problem on my hands, but I dont even know what the problem IS yet. So can someone help me out? Please?

It appears you do not use an antivirus, why is that ?

Post a online scan report from preferably two differant sites

Panda ActiveScan-Free online scanner,

Do a full scan > Click the my computer button
After the scan click see report then Save the report and post it back here please.

Kaspersky Lab - Free Online scan:
http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner
Click scan settings and place a check next to use [x]extended this database etc etc. Click ok.
Then choose: my computer: scan all your hard drives and mapped disks.
when finished click save as text and post that in your reply.
We dont need to see item's listed as "Object is locked skipped" so edit those out.
