Malware Scanner Crashes on Clean Install

I applied a whitelist on a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate, and added the immunization than ran the System Scan, and upon loading, I get Malware Scanner has crashed. (the program loaded with administrator approval already) and it gave me a error message when crashing.

Exception EAccessViolation in module rtl150.bpl at 7300059A

and i can't load the system scanner at all, but everything else works in the program besides that.

I replaced the rtl150.bpl and it did nothing...

than in the background the rtl150.bpl error than shows up.
