Damaged icons

I`ve installed Spybot-Search & Destroy 1.4.:)
I`ve updated.
But when I go to Spybot-Search & Destroy>Advanced mode>Settings or Spybot-Search & Destroy>Advanced mode>Tools
Icons are Damaged (view Damaged Icons (2).PNG).
In Damaged Icons 3.PNG are legitimate icon and malware icon which is CR64 Loader Object is not found when the scanning it was finished (more details in ActiveX Malware Object Info.txt).In picture Wrong icon.PNG is old icon in toolbar which is not right icon (I think).
How I can that fix?

And Fault log which is happened when I`ve started Spybot-Search & Destroy 1.4.
I think that CR64 Loader Object is Win32.TrojanDownloader.Agent.De.

Thanks.I`ve scanned computer with Spybot-S&D and it was nothing found.And there is again problem:Running bot-check:45678/45690.
(I don`t know real number,so this is example.)
And which malware removal programs for Windows ME?
like:SmitfraudFix
And there are some strange files in C:/Windows/.
