I have the free version of Spybot and when I have scanning it does not scan my files but instead is scanning thing like Ad.FLVPlayer and CNNIC.Searchbar. What do I need to do so it stops scanning thing like what I post and go back to scanning my files?

It's normal for Spybot to do that. When Spybot scans it doesn't show the files it scans, instead it shows the malware it is searching for. :)

I have had Spybot searching every day this week so far to see what it would and Spybot has found the same malware.

Could you post a checks.logfile to see what Spybot keeps finding? :)
Open Spybot Start Center, click System Scan, then click Show Previous logs. The dates are appended to the end of the checks.logfile. Doubleclick a checks.logfile from a recent date(like a day or so ago.), then when the logfile opens go to Edit, then Select All, then rightclick somewhere in the window, click copy, then paste it here, please.

Those are all Usage Tracks or in the Browser category. An explanation of usage tracks is on this page:
https://www.safer-networking.org/faq/usage-tracks/

The browser category items are usually just things like cookies and your browser history that Spybot is going to remove. Nothing to worry about, those items are not dangerous. These are just things that accumulate as you use your computer, and will be found in a scan again as they come back through normal use of your computer.

I see you have a tracking cookie. It's just the one, so that's pretty good. There's an article here about cookies and general, and some more info about tracking cookies as well, with instructions on how to disable Tracking Cookies, if you would like to:
https://www.safer-networking.org/2017/cookies/

After a scan, there should be a threat level bar under the threat level category, which denotes how much of a threat an item is. And if you click on an item it should show a threat level number under Details. The threat level goes from 1 to 10, 1 or 2 being a very low threat level. A 10 would be the highest threat level. These help give info on what is found. All the items found in your logfile are just a 1 or 2 threat level, so very low. All in all, a pretty nice logfile. :) How is your computer running, everything running good?
