Command adware??? please help :|

Hello, im not computer illiterate but the whole adware virus thing gets me confused, some i can get rid of others i cant, i recently got a trojan horse virus, im using avg free adition software, it says there are no infected files currently, but like two days later it will say its back!.. also i get pop ups that wont go away even after i have blocked the site, and made my internet security higher, so as to not view those pages they still come up. some of them are hxxp://www.bigdispatch.com/t317111092.html, hxxp://www.locatebest.com/t317111092.html and many more...

i had toolbar888 adware i got rid of that, and some others but i cant seem to get rid of command and these pop ups are driving me insane could someone please help me through getting rid of this .. it would be much apppreciated..
