Help needed removing Downloader. agent.uj

Hi,
I ran ewido on my computer and found out that downloader.agent.uj is infecting my computer. Windows 2000 is the operating system, we are using
ewido anti spy, Avg (free), and yesterday installed a trial version of Antivir PE Classic.

The Avg does not detect the downloader agent and PE Classic states that there are 11 warnings.

What steps can I take to remove the virus? and are the anti virus programs I am currently running ok to keep using?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!!

Then a helper will assist you as soon as available to do so.

Regarding the two Anti Virus programs AVG and Antivir; rule of thumb is one Firewall/AV to avoid conflicts and loss of program efficiency.
