5 additional protections possible

Hi. I love Spybot and have been using it for some time now.
For some time now not all of the immunization protections have working. Currently I can only get 3407 of the 3412 downloaded protections to immunize my computer. When I immunize I am told that all 3412 are working but upon rechecking I am advised that 3407 are active and the 5 more are available. Repeated immunizations and rechecking produce the same result.
Has anyone else experienced this and is there a remedy?

Hello,

This is a little bug in Spybot - Search & Destroy. The programm tries to immunize other accounts.
Probably, you do not have the rights to immunize because you are running Spybot-S&D as a normal user and not as admin.
As a current solution you can try to "Undo" the Immunisation. Now the bad products are allowed.
Then "Immunize" again. This should solve the problem for now.
We are about to locate this bug and fix it.
The fix will be downloadable with our next program upgrade.
We hope that it will be available soon.

Thanks Sandra. Upon Undoing, Immunizing and re Checking I now find 6 additional products need immunized against. :scratch: Oh well, I guess I'll wait for the fix.
