I HAVE RUN; SPYSBOT IN SAFE MODE, PANDA SCAN, AND HIJACK THIS.
WHEN I RESTART AND RUN A NEW SWEEP ROTUE IS ALWAYS THERE. I WILL POST MY HIJACK THIS LOG, AND AWAIT YOUR INSTRUCTIONS. THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP.

I restarted my computer and did a spybot scan and no sign of rotue, that would come up in every scan after a restart. thanks a lot for your help. I really appreciate it.

Be careful of what you download, and where you download it from. Many programs come bundled with extra software.You may be installing more than you think. Learn more about the program, Does it come bundled with other "3rd party" programs? READ the EULA before preceding with the install. If you search hard enough you can always find a "clean" alternative to any software. Becarful what you download from file sharing networks. If your habits include warez, porn, crack etc you are more likely to encounter malicious code. If you are not sure, scan it with your Antivirus app. DO YOU TRUST THE SOURCE?
